Description and Goals
As a kid, I struggled with being overweight and failed to realise the importance of working out, eating healthy, and thus, leading a healthy lifestyle. To measure my progress, I will be taking progress pictures, and recording the amount of weight I can lift for each exercise. Furthermore, I will also be using a lifting plan that's progressive and ensures that every week I can lift a little bit more. I will be planning the meals and times of day I will be having them. Additionally, I will make sure I am constantly growing and improving my lifting form (Challenge and skills) and my cardiovascular f

Strength & Growth
Firstly, I would like to clearly define the main aim of this activity; I would like to be able to enjoy a healthier lifestyle and feel better. The first day at the gym felt great and it felt good to do something physically draining and challenging however, I have realised that my cardio is not the best and that I do tend to get tired pretty quickly which in turn, made me plan out a few weeks of intense cardio sessions to ensure improvements. itness.
I have been working hard throughout, and right now, I have gained kg of muscle alongside shredding a few kg of fat which again, pushes me towards a healthier body. However, this is not where I want to stop. I have come to the realization that my strengths lie in cardio rather than weight lifting. Therefore, I want to both capitalize on that and improve my weakness which means I need to follow a plan to improve my muscle gains. I asked my friends for references and messaged a lot of fitness instructors and based off my research, I have found a very well suited plan for me to follow. This will hopefully help me see even more progress. Nevertheless, thus far, I am proud of the progress I have been making.

The spreadsheet that I found has been extremely useful and has helped me a lot. Firstly, the first week plan allowed me to see instant gains and move up to the second week plan. However, that week's plan was a bit difficult for me , and I ended up staying on it for 3 weeks due to my stress from school influencing the amount of times I went to the gym. However, despite that, I still managed to make it to the gym and finally, went on to the 3rd week plan which gave me the most wonderful feeling of achievement. I would like to continue working out after the finalization of the experience because it has allowed me to become a happier person and more productive one.
