Description and Goals
Football is a local activity that I decided to take on because I wanted to improve my skills in this particular field. Additionally, I wanted to find a way to release some stress from my life and physical activity is a great way to do so. In addition to that, I find it difficult to stick to something once I start and since, football requires a lot of dedication and discipline and I decided to attend the classes 3 times a week which in turn means that I will have to challenge myself and hold myself accountable to attend lessons therefore, this will make me a more punctual person and make me an overall better person.

Challenge & Skills
My first day of football went well. I played football a few years ago however, decided to give up on it but, this time round I will attempt to finish the whole season without giving up on my goal. At the end of the season, players who have achieved well in games and display a lot of progress throughout earn a medal which is another aim of mine. Today was a good start, although, my football skills are obviously lacking but, I am willing to put in the effort to catch up and exceed.

Challenge & Skills
Midterm Reflection:
I have been nominated to enter the team for our club and compete against other clubs which is a great honour to me and a measure of how far I have come throughout this journey. I wish I could say it was easy and fun at all times but the truth is that a lot of days, I would come home beat from school and have no energy but, I am managing to pull through on those tough days so far and I have only skipped two lessons which are pretty impressive. Despite it being difficult to actually get the energy to get up and go to the club to play when I do manage to arrive, it is always a pleasure to play and a great stress relief!
Final Reflection:
The season has come to an end and I could not be any happier with the progress I made. Firstly, I competed in several competitions against other clubs with my club and won a few "man of the match" awards and ended the season by getting a medal. However, this last term has been the hardest to stay committed with training days as it would sometimes take time out of my day that I could be using to revise for a test or do homework but, I came to the realization that my phone was taking time out of my day so I replaced some of the time I would be using my phone with time studying or doing homework so that I would have more time for the activity. It feels amazing being involved for a whole season in a club and competing against others. This experience really reminded me of how much I enjoyed the sport and will definitely continue playing during the following season!
