Description and Goals
This is an event where an evening was organized for the year 3s and 4s where they would have food, drinks, and a fun movie to watch in the sports hall. I aim to be able to communicate with kids better, have more patience, plan a fun activity for the kids to do while they wait, and work well with the other senior students to ensure a memorable experience for the kids.

I had to plan activities for the kids to do while they waited for the movie to be played which turned out pretty well as the kids enjoyed the waiting and weren't complaining about the extended time spent. At the beginning there was a lot of chaos going around where kids were shouting and talking loudly to each other however, after a period of time, we calmed them down by allocating 2 seniors to each class which in turn allowed us to have more control of the groups of kids. We were told to stay till at least 4 however, I ended up staying till 8pm to make sure that everyone was having a good time and nothing major would cause a disruption in the evening.
